No. It is not possible to cancel a transfer once you have confirmed it. Please ensure to always cross-check the price, account details of the receiver, and have the receiver on hand to confirm receipt of sent money.
You don’t need to. The receipt is created automatically.
When transferring between two ZapPay wallets (including Merchant Wallets), no cost is attached. However, a small fee will be charged when making transfers between a ZapPay Wallet and a regular bank account.
No. You can only send money to other ZapPay Wallets and valid bank accounts. But you can purchase data and airtime within the app.
We will only hold your data when we need to, for the purposes of the product or services we provide to you, where we are required to process the data for public interest purposes, or where we have a legal obligation or your consent to do so.
It varies, but yes. Merchant accounts have no limit on the amount of money they can transfer at once. This is because when setting up a Merchant account, you would have to verify your KYC. For customer/regular accounts without a KYC, the limit of transfer is ₦100,000. If the account has a verified KYC, the limit of transfer increases to ₦1,000,000.
Every wallet comes with its own "Account Number" that lets you transfer to it like a normal bank account. You can find the number for your wallet in the app. You can also put your card information in the app and specify the amount you want to move from your account to your Wallet. You can also pay into it from another ZapPay Wallet using your QR Code.
Inside the app, just click "Scan To Pay" then "Make Payment via QR Code", then point your phone's camera at the QR Code!
